If you do not agree to any\u00a0of these Terms and Conditions then we will not accept your order.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.<br \/>\nImages<\/p>\n<p>We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However,\u00a0the images you see will depend on your monitor\u2019s display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable\u00a0to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.<\/p>\n<p>Also for some images we use examples, which means that actual packaging will look different. This is\u00a0mentioned under the picture.<\/p>\n<h2>Acceptance of your Order<\/h2>\n<p>Shortly after you have placed an order with us an email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of<br \/>\nyour order.<\/p>\n<p>Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and PIPELINE will take place when\u00a0your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation\u00a0instructions set out below. We will take payment for your goods on submission of your order.<\/p>\n<p>Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product you ordered being out of stock \u2013 see Product Availability<\/li>\n<li>Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment<\/li>\n<li>The identification of a pricing or product description error<\/li>\n<li>Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n<li>Internet orders will be confirmed by email.<\/li>\n<li>Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order please contact <strong>X-Bar<\/strong> by returning your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavor to process orders\u00a0immediately. If your order has already been dispatched please return the order following the instructions\u00a0contained within the parcel. Once an item\u00a0is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or\u00a0the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you\u00a0provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will\u00a0continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. Time shall not be of the essence in relation\u00a0to this contract.<\/p>\n<h3>Worldwide delivery:<\/h3>\n<p>Please allow 2-14 days for delivery of products you have purchased on the <strong>X-Bar<\/strong> Webshop website. <strong>X-Bar<\/strong> cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item, or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
